Changing The Difficulty On Your Ark Survival Evolved Server

1. Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel and select your Ark server.
2. Click Console > Stop Server.
3. Click Management > File Manager.
4. Navigate to /ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/GameUserSettings.ini.
5. Under [ServerSettings] add the lines DifficultyOffset= and OverrideOfficialDifficulty=.
6. Edit the values, The parameters for DifficultyOffset= are 0.2->1.0, with OverrideOfficialDifficulty= being 1.0->10.0.
7. Start your server.

Tip

If you set DifficultyOffset=1.0 and OverrideOfficialDifficulty=1.0 then the max dino level will be 30. Setting OverrideOfficialDifficulty=2.0 will double it to 60, and so on.

Respawning Wild Dinos

1. Connect to your server.
2. Open Console by pressing Tab.
3. Type admincheat DestroyWildDinos

Now higher level Dinos well begin to spawn, it may take awhile, but they’ll be back stronger, (or weaker) than ever!
