How to Change the Version of Your Avorion Server

If you don’t want to play Avorion on the latest public version and would rather play a different beta branch such as beta to playtest upcoming updates, here’s how to change the version of your Avorion server.

Changing Steam Beta Version

1. Access the Game Host Bros Panel and stop your server.
2. In the sidebar, go to Startup Parameters.
3. Edit Steam Beta Branch.
4. Go to Configuration > Server Actions.
5. Click Reinstall Server and wait for the install to finish.
