How To Install Workshop Mods On Your L4D2 Server

This guide will walk you through the process of installing Steam Workshop mods on your L4D2 server.

Installing Workshop Mods

  1. Subscribe to the Steam Workshop items you want to install.
  2. Right click on Left 4 Dead 2 in steam and select Properties > Browse Local Files.
  3. Navigate to left4dead2\addons locally on your pc and you should see a list of your installed mods.
  4. Connect to your server using SFTP and navigate to left4dead2/addons.
  5. Copy the folders from your PC to your server.
  6. Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel and restart your L4D2 server.
