How To Whitelist Players On Your Minecraft Java Edition Server

If you want to make your server private, adding a whitelist will be the easiest way to do so, once enabled, players must have their username added to the whitelist in order to join your Minecraft server. This is what you do if you need to add a whitelist to your Minecraft Server.

Adding Players To The Whitelist

1. Log in to the Game Host Bros Panel.
2. Select your server.
3. Go to System > Console.
4. Type whitelist add [Username].

Enabling And Reloading The Whitelist

While still in System > Console. Enter these commands to Enable and Reload your servers whitelist.

1. Type whitelist on.
2. Type whitelist reload.
3. Restart your server.

You can type whitelist list to view your whitelist, and whitelist off to disable it.

Tip

To remove players from your Whitelist, enter the command whitelist remove [Username] and then whitelist reload.
