How to Upload an Existing World to Your Terraria Server
This tutorial will guide you through the process of uploading an existing world save to your Terraria server, for both Vanilla Terraria or tModLoader worlds.

Finding Your Local Terraria World Save File
Section titled “Finding Your Local Terraria World Save File”-
On your keyboard, press
Windows Key + Rand enter this:%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Terraria\Worlds -
Find the
.wldfile for the world you want to upload.
For example:
DirectoryDocuments
DirectoryMy_Games
DirectoryTerraria
DirectoryWorlds
- YourWorld.wld Your world save file

Find both the
.wldand.twldfiles for the world you want to upload.The
.twldfile contains your modded world data and is required.

Uploading Your World
Section titled “Uploading Your World”- Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and
Stopyour Terraria server. - In the Game Panel, navigate to
File Manager. - Open the
Worldsfolder. - Upload your
.wldfile.DirectoryWorlds
- YourWorld.wld Your uploaded world save
- In the sidebar, navigate to
Startup Parameters. - Under
Basic, set theWorld Namefield to match your uploaded world file name. Startyour server.
- Log in to the Game Host Bros Game Panel and
Stopyour Terraria server. - In the Game Panel, navigate to
File Manager. - Open the
Worldsfolder. - Upload both your
.wldand.twldfiles.DirectoryWorlds
- YourWorld.wld Your uploaded world save
- YourWorld.twld Modded world data
- In the sidebar, navigate to
Startup Parameters. - Under
