How To Change Difficulty On Your The Lord of the Rings Return to Moria Server

The Lord of the Rings Return to Moria includes multiple difficulty presets to quickly confiure your server, this guide will cover using existing presets along with how to use custom difficulty settings.

Changing Difficulty Presets

Note

You must create a new world to change settings. You can do so by changing World Name in Startup Parameters.

1. Access the Game Host Bros Panel and Stop your server.
2. Go to Configuration > Startup Parameters.
3. Look for Difficulty and then select the preset you want.
4. Change World Name to generate a new world.
5. Restart your server.

Custom Difficulty Configuration

Here’s how to set custom difficulty settings in LotR Return to Moria, this is allows you to adjust individual settings.

1. Access the Game Host Bros Panel and Stop your server.
2. Go to Configuration > Startup Parameters.
3. Look for Difficulty and then select Custom.
4. Change World Name to generate a new world.
5. Go to Management > File Manager and open MoriaServerConfig.ini.
6. Under [World.Create], adjust the settings you wish and then click save.
