How To Add Admins To Your VEIN Server

This guide will show you how to add admins to your VEIN server. For this, you will need the SteamID64 of the players you want to make admins.

Adding Admins

1. Access the Game Host Bros Panel and select your server.
2. In the sidebar, go to Startup Parameters.
3. Under Admins, find Admin Steam IDs or Super Admin Steam IDs and add the SteamID64 of the player you want to make an admin.
4. Restart your server.

You can add multiple admin SteamID64s by separating them with a comma like this:

76561198012345678,76561198012345679

Manually Adding Admins

1. Access the Game Host Bros Panel and Stop your VEIN server.
2. In the sidebar, go to File Manager.
3. Navigate to /Vein/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/Game.ini and look for the section named [/Script/Vein.VeinGameSession].
4. Add your SteamID64 to SuperAdminSteamIDs=. For multiple admins, create a new line for each entry:

   ServerDescription=A server hosted by Game Host Bros
   SuperAdminSteamIDs=76561198106341655

5. Go to Console and Start your server.

Using the Admin Menu

After becoming an admin, you can manage players and change server settings directly from in-game using the admin menu.

1. Connect to your server.
2. Press \ to open the admin menu.
