Adding Subusers

With Game Host Bros you can add different Subusers to help with your server. Each user you add can have their own permissions from something basic such as restarting the server, all the way up to full admin access.

How To Add Subusers To Your Server

  1. Load the Game Host Bros Panel and select your server.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Management > Subusers.
  3. Click the button labeled Create.
  4. Input the User’s email address and assign the permissions you want to give them.
  5. Click Add New Subuser to save.

After a Subuser is added, they will then be sent an email with further instructions on setting up their account.

Here is a list of the different things you can give subusers access to.

ControlAllows users to manage the power state or console of the server, such as viewing logs, running commands, starting, stopping, or restarting the server.
SubuserAllows users to manage subusers, including listing, editing, creating, and deleting them.
AllocationAllows users to view and modify the server’s IP:Port allocations.
Startup ParametersAllows users to view and modify startup variables and commands for the server.
DatabaseAllows users to manage MySQL databases, including viewing, creating, resetting passwords, and deleting databases.
File ManagerAllows users to manage server files via SFTP or the File Manager, including listing, reading, writing, deleting, archiving files, and using Git actions.
ScheduleAllows users to create, update, and delete automatic task schedules for the server.
BackupAllows users to manage server backups, including viewing, creating, deploying, downloading, locking, and deleting backups.
DetailsAllows users to view and update the server name as it appears in the panel.
Audit LogAllows users to inspect the server action logs.
Health MonitorAllows users to view and toggle the server’s Health Monitor status.
ReinstallAllows users to trigger a re-installation of the server.
Subdomain ManagerAllows users to manage server subdomains, including viewing, creating, and deleting them.
